A drop in the number of female butterflies and a slight increase in the number of male butterflies trapped in trap-trees were registered during the autumn 1994 capture campaign. In the pheromone traps, a drop was observed in the number of males trapped. These data must be refined by the analysis of the population which shows: a drop in the number of females trapped north and south-west of the device which is correlated to the number of males or their stability when compared to the 1993 results. The relevance of the biological indicators of the population structure has been verified: relationships between the number of males and females trapped in trap-trees and behavior of six trapping ratios.
