Observations biologiques et essais de lutte contre le Hanneton commun dans les vergers à graines

An account of the biology of the maybug Melolontha, and damage done during the 1980s in young seed orchards of Norway spruce (Picea abies) and Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) in Lot Department, SW France. Trials of 2 insecticides, "Volaton 5" (phoxim) and "Dursban" (chlorpyrifos ethyl) are also reported for 2 Norway spruce stands.
