Since 2003 in Italy, the education of physical activity into school has been changing continuously by the Minister of Education University and Research and it is updated every three or four years, as well as it happens for the other subjects. At the same time, new discoveries on the brain aspects of the mechanism of how the students learn the motor and sports skills change the traditional vision.
