Having effective human resources management strategies and practically applying it in an organization has a great impact on how competitive they will be in the business environment. The study titled “Effectiveness of Human Resources Management Strategies in the Organization; A case study on United Bank For Africa PLC”, was conducted to determine the success of the human resources management strategies of the UBA PLC and to also find out the relationship between these strategies and the overall effectiveness of HRM in the Bank.
