Pretendemos profundizar en el conocimiento de los mecanismos de transmisión de señales alostéricas que acontecen tras la unión del activador esencial de la carbamoyl fosfato sintetasa 1 (CPS1), N-acetil- L-glutamato (NAG). Para ello analizamos las propiedades cinéticas y alostéricas de CPS1 mutantes en residuos del entorno del sitio de NAG.Díez Fernández, C. (2010).
