This research, generously funded by ELRHA, gives insight to one of the key challenges facing humanitarian organisations today: leadership. Without doubt, effective leadership in the humanitarian context is critical, and while we each have a responsibility to model leadership behaviours, the role of our leaders requires special consideration.Working in partnership, People In Aid and Cranfield University, School of Management have asked important questions about the needs and motivations of tomorrow’s humanitarian leaders and the challenges they face.
