Purpose – The objective is to describe a selection of sustainability components of leadership effectiveness in organizational performance.Design/methodology/approach – The paper is based on a conceptual discussion. Findings – The paper contributes to descriptive models that address sustainability components of leadership effectiveness in organizational performance.
