Viet Nam lies in the region of direct impact of sea level rise and climate change, especially in the East Sea where branches of Me Kong river run off. In the annual report on “Climate change and sea level rise in Viet Nam” MONRE has proposed 3 scenarios of sea level rise in the next 100 years viz. 60 cm (low emission scenario), 75 cm (medium emission scenario), 100 cm (high emission scenario). This study is implemented these 3 scenarios on 2 case studies of 2 sea ports: Nam Du deep sea port with researched structure is jetty structure and Tien Sa sea port with researched structure is breakwater.
