Relations between moduli spaces of stable bundles over P-2 and rationality

In this paper, it is proved that there exist morphisms among certain moduli spaces of stable vector bundles with the same ranks but different Chern classes over the projective plane. As an application, we show the rationality of the moduli space of rank-3 stable vector bundles with the first Chern class c(1) = 1
