While there has been some research on ethics in the hospitality industry the amount is not proportionate to the importance of the issue. Hotel organizations can benefit from conducting their business in an ethical and more responsible manner. This paper examines the impact of a hotel’s business ethics on employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It is proposed that employees that work in an ethical hotel environment will be more satisfied with their job and more loyal than employees that work in an unethical environment. Furthermore, how female and male hotel employees perceive a company’s ethical climate will be examined
