The “Stormwater Challenge” is a call to action. It is an opportunity for key stakeholders and others to become drivers in program development, decision making tools, and the evaluation process. The challenge will be to assist municipalities, commercial and institutional facilities and regulatory agencies in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the scientific, technical and policy decision making on stormwater. The keynote will mention stormwater challenges in light of the history of the water program. It will discuss the MS4 universe and potential trend information.
