Development of on-line System to Evaluate the Learning Effectiveness

[[abstract]]The evaluation of learning effectiveness in traditional teaching is based on whether students understand or not. But between the two limits, there exists vagueness. Therefore, traditional evaluation can not judge the effectiveness of understanding in learning. This study constructs on-line system to evaluate the learning effectiveness and give an example of students, which study numerical control machining in college. Using the fuzzy Delphi method to integrate and analyze the collected data from teachers, the test sheet and concept matrices are obtained. The developed system provides a diagnosis on the understanding in the course and a semantic representation. The variance between two groups can be understood by using T-test on independent samples.
