The Action Research of Still Thoughts Creative Teaching

[[abstract]]Abstract By means of action research, and conducting still thoughts creative teaching, the study aimed at improving a class of students’ interpersonal relationship and at developing their creative performance on getting along with their classmates. The study combined three topics of courses: 1: respecting each other, 2: communicating in a clear and open manner, 3: treasuring materials and thanks giving. It was carried out by means of course planning, executing plans, identifying questions and the teacher reflecting on correcting and redesigning teaching activities. Four results of the study are as follows: 1.By the process of still thoughts creative- teaching, the study raised students’ learning interest and promoted the professional development of the teacher. 2.Students applied creative skills and still thoughts association well to perform with fluency, flexibility and originality in creativity. 3.It was discovered that still thoughts creative- teaching promoted students’ interpersonal relationships. 4.By conducting still thoughts creative- teaching, the researcher came to the understanding that the key is in identifying the teaching questions. She acquired knowledge of designing creative teaching activities and understanding how to manage teacher-student relationships using creativity.
