[[abstract]]This thesis is an exploratory study on knowledge flow and knowledge sharing of workers in social welfare organizations which for three main purposes. The fist,by knowing the characteristics of the social work profession makes understanding of what factors influence the knowledge flow and knowledge sharing between social workers. The second, offering a discussion about the present situation of social worker knowledge flow and knowledge sharing, with bitter experience, barrier factor, and solution. Finally, analyzing knowledge flow and knowledge sharing present situation of social welfare organizations give an improvement method.
