[[abstract]]The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among safe sport cognition, safe sport attitude, and safe sport behavior. The questionnaire was self-structure and then 278 effective questionnaires were resulted. The subjects comprised most senior graders from one elementary school in Taichung City chosen with judge sampling. The major findings were as follows: 1. Subjects were better in safe sport cognition, but were worse in cognition of sport injury treatments. Subjects were positive in safe sport attitude and acted above average in safe sport behavior. 2.
