[[abstract]]α-Amino phosphonates can be synthesized by using carbonyl compounds (aldehyde or ketone)、aniline ,and triethylphosphite in the presence of the proper catalysts(Iodine,Trichloro-1,3,5-Triazine,Ceric Ammonium Nitrate,or Iron Chloride) under solvent-free condition at room temperature. The methodology can afford high yields of products and short reaction time compared to tranditional methods.
