[[abstract]]A Study of Sport Volunteers Management in Taiwan’s National Sport Organizations Abstract The purposes of this study were: 1) to reveal the effect of the preposition factors of sport volunteers management; 2) to reveal the effect of environmental factors of volunteers management; 3) to understand the current development of sport volunteers management. The sample of this study was national sport organizations that financially supported and supervised by National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (NCPFS) in 1999.
