[[abstract]]The purposes of this study were to clarify the current situation of the job stress and coping strategy for physical education teachers of universities in Taiwan. It was also to compare the differences of the different background variables on their job stress and coping strategy. In addition, it tried to probe the relationship between the job stress and coping strategy.
