[[abstract]]Abstract The purposes of this study were to investigate the important components and the process of construction, of personal counseling theory how to overcome the difficult occurred in the process of construction, how they affect counselor in the professional counseling work. This research adapted quantitative research method. Data were collected through the deep interviewing six counselors, and analysis data by phenomenon logical reduction method.
