Évolution des accessibilités et des mobilités des localisations commerciales

In order to be able to study the links between the evolution of accessibilities and mobilities and the dynamics of the commercial localizations, the article has been organized in three parts : firstly, the definition of the concepts of accessibility and mobility as well as the distance; secondly, analysis of the role of these two concepts in the commercial field and the their most evident recent evolutions; lastly, research into corresponding links. On the basis of this work, everything indicates the priority of mobility over accessibility as well as very close relations between the mutations of urbanized territories and the installation of the new commercial framework, which is strongly governed by car mobility.Afín de pouvoir étudier les liens entre l'évolution des accessibilités et des mobilités et les dynamiques des localisations commerciales, l'article a été organisé en trois temps : d'abord définition des concepts d'accessibilité et de mobilité et de la distance, ensuite analyse du rôle de ces deux concepts dans le domaine commercial et de leurs évolutions récentes les plus manifestes et ensuite recherche des liens. Sur la base de ce travail, tout indique la préséance de la mobilité sur l'accessibilité ainsi que des relations très étroites entre les mutations des territoires urbanisés et la mise en place de la nouvelle trame commerciale fortement régie par la mobilité automobile
