To the Editor: We read with interest the case, recently reported by P. L. Weiden and S. E. Wright, concerning a peculiar sensitivity to vincristine observed in a patient with the Charcot–Marie–Tooth syndrome (N Engl J Med 286: 1369, 1972). In connection with this report, we should like to mention that we have observed in three patients treated with vincristine an unusually severe neurotoxicity for the administered dosages of the drug (“Additive Toxicity of Vincristine and Other Drugs for the Peripheral Nervous System.” Acta Neurol Belg 71:486, 1971). Two of these patients also received isoniazid in association with pyridoxine, …. © 1972, Massachusetts Medical Society. All rights reserved.SCOPUS: le.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
