Inter-Vehicle Communication is expected to be widely adopted during the next years by the car industry, enabling Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure communication targeting at safer commuting. Therefore, the research community have been working towards providing a robust communication solution that will interoperate with existing network infrastructure and will provide an effective way of communicating using location information.
