The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and how this responsibility is capable to improve the corporate reputation. In order to do that one of the car companies in Erbil, has been chosen to have an overview about the customers, whether they have a system or a certain procedure toward customers, suppliers, shareholders and community as a whole.
