Regarding the current situation of the country and importance role of the rural community in balanced development and also due to the problems and issues which this society is facing to, rural sustainable development seems necessary. This study aims to investigate agricultural sustainability development as a case study in Kashmar village and classifies villages in three sustainable, unsustainable and semi sustainable.
