Letter dated February 24, 1992 from CGIAR Chairman V. Rajagopalan to heads of delegations to the CGIAR, also distributed to the Group more broadly. The letter transmits the report of a consultation on CGIAR strategy convened by the chairman earlier that month in London, moderated by Walter Falcon.The purpose of the consultation was to move closer to consensus on priorities and strategies for the CGIAR, to be discussed at the Mid Term Meeting in May 1992.
