Overview of the objectives and work of the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE) submitted with the application of ICIPE's Governing Board for CGIAR support for consideration at TAC 9, February 1875.The paper presents ICIPE's rationale, and describes the work of the Center's core research programs and special projects, their expected development, and budgetary and capital requirements in coming years.A number of the attachments were circulated separately, and are not included here.
