Review of CGIAR Priorities and Strategies: Part II (Draft)

Draft of Part II (Chapters 13 and 14) of the TAC priorities and strategies paper, on the implications of TAC's priorities recommendations for CGIAR structure and resource allocation in the medium and long term, but particularly as a basis for forthcoming center medium term plans. Although distributed as a separate document, this draft is numbered consecutively with the concurrent final draft of part 1 (which is not in the core collection) and starts with page 251. Part I is not in the Core Collection as a separate document. This draft of Part II was discussed at TAC 57 and CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, May 1992. TAC considered the document further at TAC 58. Chapters 13 and 14 were revised at TAC 61 following further work on ecoregional approaches, and then discussed and approved at TAC 62 and at the CGIAR meeting in October 1993,. The final version of both parts appears in the document titled 'Review of CGIAR Priorities and Strategies' published in 1994
