Two new resources have been announced to help people working on research programmes and field operations in the field of natural resource management. Making use of the World Wide Web to share and validate information, the Online Proposal Appraisal (OPAL) programme has made available two management support programmes for use in the Caribbean context: 'Small Grants Program on Collaboration and Conflict in NRM' and the 'Small Grants Program on Collaborative Management of Coastal Resources in the Caribbean'. Their respective coordinators are the University for Peace in Costa-Rica and Calico s office in Belize.
