The International Centre for development oriented Research in Agriculture (ICRA) is organising a training course to enhance interdisciplinary team work skills for participatory rural development. The English course will be from 13 January to 24 July, 2003; the French from 20 January 31 July, 2003. It consists of a set of workshops in the Netherlands and a closing professional team assignment at a client research or development institute in the South. A PhD or MSc degree, an age limit of 40, and 2 years of professional working experience are required. A limited number of scholarships is available to cover the fee of t 26,900.
