Updated pocketbook for plant pathologists

Every profession has its handbook of information on diverse matters connected with professional practice. Since 1968, the needs of plant pathologists have been served by a pocketbook produced by the Commonwealth Mycological Institute (CMI) in London. This pocketbook filled a gap in the literature of plant pathology, but the original edition eventually became outdated In 1983 the Commonwealth Agricultural Bureau published a completely revised Second edition of this handy reference book. The miscellany of information it contains was compiled by CMI staff and other specialists, and the book is still intended to serve the day-to-day needs of plant pathologists around the world.
