That can be proved with live survey with PT.BMM that give a statement about there is still many customer facing confusion or difficulty when purchasing a new car and needed live consultation service with Sales Counter and Engineer. Purchasing car criteria that often been asked customer including parts, service, comfortability, and security. Decision support system will be developed using promethee method.
