Le Pôle Territorial de Coopération Économique (PTCE) d’Ancenis : quels impacts pour le territoire ?

International audienceAmong the twenty-three projects for PTCE –Territorial Division of Economic Cooperation– chosen in 2014, on january 10th ; the « Pays d’Ancenis » –Ancenis area– in « Pays de la Loire » region of France offers a view of a living and very innovating nonprofit sector. The Ancenis PCTE –Territorial Division of Economic Cooperation–which consists of a combination of private and public economic actors has been backed by a branch of the Social Economy on the prospect of a local development. We have been investigating the management involvment, the local impact and the prospects for this common effort that make sense for a community of communes. We have come to the conclusion that the financial support brought by the PCTE has fueled the links between those who wanted to act on a common strategical base with local actors.Parmi les vingt-trois projets de Pôles Territoriaux de Coopération Economique (PTCE) retenus le 10 janvier 2014, l’exemple du Pays d’Ancenis dans la région Pays de la Loire (France) propose une lecture d’un paysage de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS) en mouvement et innovant. Caractérisé par un regroupement d’acteurs économiques privés et publics, le PTCE d’Ancenis est porté par une structure de l’ESS dans une perspective de développement territorial. Nous avons interrogé l’engagement entrepreneurial, les dimensions territoriales, les potentiels de développement local produits ou co-produits au sein de cette coopération qui donne sens aux projets sur une communauté de communes principalement. En définitive, l’opportunité de financement à travers ce PTCE a provoqué des rapprochements d’acteurs pour mettre en œuvre une stratégie commune avec les acteurs locaux et régionaux.
