The present study carried out to evaluate effect of some selected heavy \ud metals (Cadmium, Lead, Nickel, Zinc and Copper) in liver, meat and blood \ud of poultry chicken, Gallus domesticus. The samples of the same were \ud obtained from poultry shops of three locations i.e. Karachi, Hyderabad and \ud Thatta (cities of Sindh Province). During the study 135 samples for each \ud item liver, meat and blood were collected at random of poultry chicken, aged \ud about 8 to 10 weeks, having weight from 1.2 to 1.5 kg. \ud The mean concentrations of Cd, Pb, Ni, Zn and Cu in liver samples of \ud Karachi city were found to be 0.103 ppm, 0.317 ppm, 6.169 ppm, 8.393 ppm \ud and 1.35 ppm, respectively. \ud The mean concentrations of Cd, Pb, Ni, Zn and C...
