Ever since the concept of the personal brand had been coined, observations and surveys of it have become more interesting since it has been proven to have positive effects for leadership and the organization. Since bank employees are responsible for doing business directly to thebank's customers, they are considered to be the organization's most important resource. It is this freedom and independence that puts high demands on clarity on the leadership within the banking sector.
