Inflammatory response to coronary stenting in dependence on type of stent

U pacientů, kteří mají v důsledku aterosklerózy zúžené koronární tepny, se jako častý způsob léčby provádí perkutánní koronární intervence s implantací stentu. Při tom však dochází k poškození cévní stěny, rozvíjí se zánětlivá reakce, což může vést ke komplikacím. Účelem této práce bylo shrnout mechanismy zánětlivé reakce a nejčastější komplikace po implantaci různých typů stentů.Patients who have narrowed coronary arteries due to atherosclerosis is usually performed by percutaneous coronary intervention with stenting, however it leads to damage of the vascular wall and developing inflammatory response.
