O erotismo revisitado na poética de Herberto Helder

The Herberto Helder’s writings are very extensive and include works of poetry and translation. It is noticeable in his way of writing a close relationship between them. Both emerge displaying an erotic potence which plays a fundamental role in the Herbert’s creation. Nota-se que na sua escrita há uma relação íntima entre as duas, tanto a poesia como a tradução surgem com uma potência erótica que será fundamental para a criação herbertiana. A tradução está intrinsecamente relacionada à criação, o próprio modo peculiar de o poeta nomear esse trabalho “poemas mudados para português” revela isso. A poesia e a tradução também instauram uma violência contra a linguagem, as duas deformam a língua, tirando-a do lugar-comum do sentido e aplicando a potência do vazio sobre ela. Nesse sentido, as reflexões de Georges Bataille serão importantíssimas para nortear o erotismo e o relacionar à obra de Herberto Helder. Desta forma, a hipótese que se lança é de que o erotismo impõe uma violência contra a palavra e o corpo necessária para o trabalho de criação.
