This paper describes CFD analysis of the rotor ventilation system with rotor radial ducts punched through rotor winding. Analysis includes calculation of air flow and pressure drop for each duct. Default arrangement of the rotor ventilation is compared to improved arrangement which should lower the pressure drop and even the airflow in individual ducts
