Teoretická část obsahuje informace především o technikách, které ovlivňují měkké tkáně a klouby. Jsou zde rozvedeny mechanismy a příčiny blokád a zároveň způsoby odstranění. Mimo obecné poznatky o měkkých tkáních se tato část zaměřuje na oblast pánevní a rozebírá ji zejména po stránce kineziologické a patokinzeiologické. Praktická část sleduje vyšetření a terapii dvou klientů s dysfunkcí sakroiliakálního kloubu.
