The main objective of this paper is to introduce and compare situation of women in top management positions in the Vise-grad countries. The issue of women entering managerial position is becoming more interesting and currently belongs to one of the most discussed topics. The number of women working on top management positions is increasing but on the other hand, this progress is really slow. Many people believe that gender is no longer an issue that matters at workplace, but they are wrong. Otherwise, there would not be any organizations dealing with gender equality, women rights or activities connected to feminism.
