The participative management style means that the employees have the ability to influence the conditions in which they work and, together with managers, are involved in all decisions. The use of experience and knowledge of employees through their participation should lead to higher quality of all decisions and their better acceptance and therefore to fulfilling the company objectives. Our research showed that 60.5% of employees feel like that in the decisions that they perceive as important, they can not participate.
