There is hypothesis that in the political systems of countries of Central Europe are still, twenty years after regime change, present elements of Soviet political system as heritage of forty years of Soviet dominance in the region. These elements are infl uencing political parties, political culture and actual political development and political strategies of diff erent political parties.
