Title: When there are reasons for dissatisfaction - A study about police employees experiences about the policereform from 2015 Author: Emma Bruto This study aims to understand what impact the police reform from 2015 has had on the police work and employees whitin the Swedish police authority. The study is based on a qulitative approach and the empirical material has been sampled through interviews with employees whitin the police authority.
