International audienceThe main of this work consists in the damage modelling of the mortar/brick interface forthemansonry walls. Thismodellingtakesintoaccount mechanical phenomena whichgovern their rupture, such as the sliding and the friction at the microscopic scale and the normal and tangential damage. In this goal, we introduce a quasi-fragile damage interface model by extending the bulk model developped by Gambarotta. When the thickness of the interface tends to zero, the bulk behaviour moves to the surface behaviour by an asympototical technique. In this model, the damage variable is governed by a limit condition similar to an elastoplastic model with an hardening condition.This model is incorpored in the 2D finite element software.No...
