International audienceA viscoplastic material model is firstly formulated for accounting the solid state sintering of metallic or ceramic powders. Then the proposed model is implemented into a commercial FE simulation code, then material and physical parameters are identified by comparison between experimental results and numerical ones, for different sintering experiments. The resulting identified model and the associated finite element procedure are then used for the simulation of 3D complex shapes, resulting from powder injection moulding process.
