Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Bermain Peran Terhadap Kemampuan Berbicara Siswa Ditinjau Dari Minat Berbahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas V Gugus 1 Aikmel

This research aims at investigating the effect of implementation of role play method on the speaking ability of Bahasa Indonesia viewed from the interest of using Bahasa Indonesia of elementary students. This study is a quasi-experimental of a post-test only control group design which involves a sample of 108 students of class V Cluster 1 Aikmel taken using random sampling. The data were collected using two tests; speaking ability test and the test of the interest of using Bahasa Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using Two-way Anova, and the followed by Tukey's test. The results of study shows that the speaking ability of students learning using role play method is higher than those using conventional learning method. This difference is consistent even held control over the students' interest in Indonesian Language. It is suggested that the learning methods used in role playing Indonesian learning in elementary school
