BaO.6Fe2O3 hexaferrite nano-particle had been successful prepared byWet chemicalmethod using natrium hydroxide (NaOH) and tetramethyl-ammonium hydroxide (TMOH) precipitating reagent. Wet chemical method used in this research is co-precipitation method. Pahse identification of the sample was done using x-rays diffraction technique, and the microstructure of the sample was observed with Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), where as the magnetic properties change of the sample was measured using Vibrating SampleMagnetometer (VSM).Magnetic coercivity (Hci) and remanence (σr) of BaO.6Fe2O3 resulted by precipitation using TMOH was obtained about 5.1 kOe and 31.3 emu/gr is higher if compared with those of BaO.6Fe2O3 precipitated with NaOH solut...
