The long term of this study is to develop a conceptual model of marketing on customer orientation and strategic pathways that can improve company performance. Specific target of this study empirically tests the effects of customer knowledge management for competitive advantage culture basic, product differentiation effects of competitive excellence, and influence competitive advantage culture basic of marketing performance.
