: This study aimed to describe the learning outcome of students in learning by using props division beads in class III Elementary School 28 North Pontianak. Penelitian use descriptive method in the form of classroom action research and do as much as two cycles. Data collection technique is the technique of direct observation and measurement techniques. Data was collected using observation and tests. Results of research on the ability of teachers prepare average RPP cycle I reached 3.14 increase in cycle II reached an average of 3.71, the ability of teachers to implement learning in the cycle I got an average of 2.92 increase in cycle II reached an average 3.75 while the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle the average value of 67.67 with the thoroughness of 15 people increased in the second cycle with an average value of 87.50 with a passing grade of 28 people. The above data demonstrates the ability of teachers prepare and implement learning and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning about the division using props beads on third-grade students has increased
