Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Kcu Thamrin Jakarta Pusat

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Compensation and Working Environment Work Productivity at PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Jakarta. The method of this research is correlational research methods and quantitative descriptive method of research is a correlation of two or more variables and the problem - the problem of the current facts of a population, the object of this study are employees of PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Jakarta with a total of 40 respondents, the research results obtained Summary: Based on Multiple Correlation coefficients of 0.870, which means there is a very strong and positive relationship. And R2 = 0.758 indicates that the Compensation and Working together - each contributing to the Work Productivity by 75.8% and the remaining 24.2% of the contribution of other factors beyond the Compensation and Working Environment variables, and from the results of regression Y = 5.186 + 0.159 X1 + 0.082 X2 shows that the influence of Compensation (X1) of 0.159 and the influence of the Working Environment (X2) is 0.082 with a value (constant) of 5.186 and obtained Fhitung = 57,807 greater than the F table, then H3 is accepted, so can concluded that the Compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) are besrsama both have significant influence on Labour Productivity (Y).
