Pengembangan Model Optimasi Desain Rantai Pasok dengan Mempertimbangkan Biaya Distribusi pada Distribution Center

It is known from the previous research that integrating product architecture decisions with manufacturing and supply chain decisions during the early stage of the product development can lead to an optimum supply chain configuration. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization framework is presented for matching product architecture strategy to supply chain design. In contrast to the existing research, distribution costs from different distribution centers are incorporated into the model to ensure the survival of a longer supply chain. Compatibility between supply chain partners is also incorporated into the model to ensure the long term viability of the supply chain. Since much of the supplier related information may be very subjective, fuzzy logic is used to compute the compatibility index of a supplier. The optimization model is formulated as a weighted goal programming (GP) model with two objectives: minimization of total supply chain costs, and maximization of total supply chain compatibility index. The GP model is solved by using LINGO as a tool. From three different cases, it is shown that by adding distribution cost variable into the model, supply chain configuration can be effected. The best result, the lowest supply chain cost, computed from the case where bulldozers are sent to two distribution centers, which is $96,802,197. The complete results are discussed in this research
